Our factory is a professional OEM / ODM manufacturer for cosmetics products and has ISO22716, GMPC, and BSCI certifications. Our production capacity is about 500,000 sets palette each month, about 6 millions cosmetics palettes and 50 million pieces per year.
We have an experienced Research & Development team, capable of a variety of formulation developing. The products cover the full ranges of cosmetics for lips, eyes, face, nails etc. We perform a series of in-house testing to assure our product quality throughout the entire production process from raw material to semi-finished bulk and final packaging. Tests involve formulation pH value, viscosity, melting points, stability, compatibility, raw material and bulk microbiological and heavy metal, as well as finished goods transportation tests.
