Can I get a sample before placing big orders?
Yes, sample order is available need pay shipping cost by buyer.
What's the lead time and delivery?
Goods in stock without logo: more than 1 weeks working days. Goods with logo: it takes 30 working days for small order after receiving your payment.
Do you test on animals?
Our products are cruelty-free. No animal text.
DHL, FEDEX/ UPS need tax or customs clearance?
If there is tax, buyer need to pay it, and make customs clearance.
What if I cannot resale the product after delivery?
If the product is not damaged, and it is simply because your resale store is closed, we do not take responsibility for the inability to sell.
